Chennai: Leader Minister M Ok Stalin advised his Andhra Pradesh counterpart, Jagan Mohan Reddy, to not move forward along with his govt’s plan to construct two reservoirs around the Kosasthalaiyar river close to Mukkalakandigai and Katharapalli villages in Chittoor district because it was once essential to take the consent of the decrease riparian State to have any building throughout an inter-State river.
