A 43-year-old chief of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has been arrested after a birthday celebration employee lodged a grievance that he raped her after promising a price ticket for the impending Mumbai civic polls and providing a birthday celebration publish, police stated on Tuesday. The accused, known as a former Vibhag Pramukh’ or department head of MNS, was once arrested on Monday after the married birthday celebration employee lodged a grievance with the VP Street police station.
