UTTARKASHI: Ten mountaineers have been killed in an avalanche at Mount Draupadi Ka Danda – II height in Uttarakhand’s Uttarkashi district on Tuesday, officers mentioned.

A crew of 34 trainee mountaineers and 7 instructors from the Nehru Institute of Climbing (NIM) used to be stuck in an avalanche whilst returning, NIM Fundamental Colonel Amit Bisht mentioned.
