HYDERABAD: The Bharatiya Janata Birthday celebration (BJP) on Tuesday claimed victory over the TRS govt after Leader Minister Okay. Chandrashekar Rao introduced the state cupboard’s resolution to buy paddy from farmers in Telangana.
