VIJAYAWADA: Leader Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday flagged off 165 veterinary ambulances costing Rs 111.62 crore beneath the second one segment of the Dr YSR Cellular Veterinary Health center products and services right here on Wednesday.
