VIJAYAWADA: Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan has given his nod for modification of positive sections within the housing act, enabling the YSR Congress executive to build reasonably priced properties in Amaravati for all voters, a departure from the sooner provision that limited such facility best to villagers dwelling within the capital town or the capital area house.

The governor’s assent for Act 13 of 2022 was once printed within the Andhra Pradesh Gazette just lately.

Accordingly, positive sections within the act known as the Andhra Pradesh Capital Area Construction Authority and the Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Area and City Construction Government (Modification) Act, 2022, had been amended.
