Hyderabad: Justice Mummineni Sudheer Kumar of Telangana Top Courtroom on Thursday  issued  bailable warrants in opposition to former leader secretary Somesh Kumar, for his wilful disobedience to courtroom orders  in terms of a plot of land in Jubilee Hills.
